Hi ,

We are not able to add new user by using sudo command. Rest all commands are working fine in sudo

Please suggest..

I can't really debug this with the amount of detail you have provided.  Can you try with the current sudo 1.6.9 beta version?  You can download sudo beta versions from http://www.sudo.ws/sudo/beta.html
