Does the segfault only occur when sudo is called from KDE or does it happen in regular usage too? Are you using LDAP or a regular file for sudoers?  Do you have any non-standard PAM modules installed?

Can you try configuring sudo with the --with-devel option and turning on the kern.sugid_coredump sysctl to get a core dump and gdb backtrace?
