I have uncommented the line "%wheel ALL=(ALL) ALL" of the sudoers file and I have my user in that group, but if I try to use sudo, it says that I am not in the sudoers file.

Changes to the group file take effect at login time, so if you edited the group file the existing shell session will not pick up the new group.  If this is still a problem, please re-open the bug.
