How do I install SUDO version 1.6.4 on AIX ? I cant seem to find the
installable version on the website http://www.bull.de/pub/aix432_frame.html,
where I ftp the files previously . Is it supported on AIX 4.3.3 ?

If you have a C compiler you can build sudo yourself.  It is reported to compile fine on AIX 4.3.3.  I
have no control over the bull site but presumably they will update their version of sudo there.
