after upgrade from other version it does'n work:

[undefine@athena undefine]$ sudo ls

seteuid(0): Operation not permitted

[undefine@athena undefine]$ ls -l `which sudo`

-r-sr-xr-x    1 root     root        95816 Jan 18 11:26 /usr/bin/sudo

Some Linux kernels have broken POSIX saved id support.  Grab sudo 1.6.5p1 and run configure with
the --disable-saved-ids flag.
