Fix sudo sending a 2nd SIGINFO on ^T to processes, which is already handled by the kernel sending it to the entire controlling terminal's process group.

This patch has been written by Bryan Drewery <bdrewery@FreeBSD.org> and added on FreeBSD's ports tree since sudo 1.8.20 and is working as expected. Here is a link to patch's history on FreeBSD ports svn repo
