When the sudoed program is not found, the error message misleadingly
says:
Sorry, user XXX is not allowed to execute 'script' as root on MACHINE.

This is by design.  Doing things otherwise allows any user to use sudo to see
what executables exist on the system that he/she would not normally be able to
find.
