Bug reported by a Debian user that I can't duplicate since I don't have any
Novell infrastructure around.  Thoughts?

No idea offhand, though an strace of sudo when it is looping might shed some light onto it.

Bug was closed in Debian.  Reopen if this is still an issue with modern versions of sudo.
