Description Peter Kohnke 2005-08-05 02:42:18 MDT
We build sudo-1.6.8p8 with ldap support.

Currently we get a Segmntation Fault error:

[host:user]$ sudo su -
Segmentation Fault

In the /var/adm/messages file I read:

Aug 5 10:39:14 host genunix: [ID 603404 kern.notice] NOTICE: core_log:
sudo[23051] core rlimit is zero, core not dumped:
/var/core/core.sudo.23051.mqq201.0.20.1123231154

On a second look into this error I realized that the message could be Sun related.

So I'll first track down the OS settings.

Can you try this with the sudo 1.6.9 beta? You can download it from http://www.sudo.ws/sudo/beta.html

The LDAP code has been reorganized substatially and I believe this problem is now fixed.
