I would like to announce (and have added to the readme_ldap.html page) my 
phpQLAdmin that as of version 2.3.2 (CVS HEAD) now supports managing of sudo 
access in an LDAP database. See http://phpqladmin.com for more information about 
phpQLAdmin.

I've added a short blurb about phpQLAdmin to the README.LDAP file that ships with sudo 1.7.5.  This is also the source of the readme_ldap.html file.
