Fix for sudoers.man.in

In the sudoers manpage, under section "User Specification", it says:

Runas_Spec ::= '(' Runas_List? (: Runas_List)? ')'

Shouldn't the ':' before the 2nd Runas_List have single quotes around it?
If that's the case the attached patch attempts to fix it.
