Description scottburrow 2010-03-09 21:12:18 MST
When using sudo 1.6.9p15 on AIX 5.3 tl9 sp3, I can't sudo without password even when using NOPASSWD. Also, my timestamp still times out after 5 minutes even when using the Defaults setting for timestamp_timeout=-1.

I verified my timestamp dir is 700 and owned by root but that wouldn't affect NOPASSWD anyway.

The fix was to get an older sudo binary from Sudo version 1.6.7p5 and even with the same sudoers file, my timestamp now works. In a separate test, NOPASSWD also works again.

Sudo 1.6.x is no longer supported. If this is still a problem with sudo 1.7.4 or higher, please re-open the bug report.
