Description mathews.dennis 2011-03-22 19:56:15 MDT
fails when called with the -u option, eg:
/usr/local/bin/sudo -u user /path_to_script

with the error:
sudo: setuid(): Not owner

ls -l /usr/local/bin/sudo
---s--x--x   2 root     root      134396 Mar 15 14:24 /usr/local/bin/sudo

I've rolled back to 1.7.5 where it works.

This is fixed in sudo 1.8.1, which is currently in beta. See http://www.sudo.ws/sudo/devel.html for more information.
