Compiling sudo-1.6.3p5 under ppc-unknown-linux fails because res_search is not
found. Symbol res_search is in libresolv.a and configure successfully determines
that fact but -lresolv does not appear in the link commandline.

Work around: add --with-libraries=resolv to the configuration commandline.

Configuration: dual 450 G4 running LinuxPPC 2000

Sudo does not call res_search() itself.  If this version of Linux requires anything that calls
gethostbyname() to link with -lresolv then it is broken.  Other versions of Linux do not exhibit
this problem.
