Description rchimata 2001-08-30 11:35:45 MDT
Using sudo 1.6.2b1 on HP-UX 11.00 ( trusted systems ).

If the password length is less than or equal to 8 chars, sudo authenticatation
succeeds if the user enters the passwords corerctly.

If the password length is more than 8 chars, sudo authentication fails even if
the user enters the password correctly.

This should be fixed in the current version, sudo 1.6.3p7
