I have been unable to get CIDR notation Host_Alias to work properly
with Sudo v1.6.3p7

Host_Alias	MYHOSTS = 10.8/16		# does not work
Host_Alias	MYHOSTS = 10.8.0.0/16		# does not work
Host_Alias	MYHOSTS = 10.8.0.0/255.255.0.0	# THIS WORKS!!!

The CIDR support in sudo was busted for a couple reasons.  It will be fixed in sudo 1.6.4.
