output of configure & make

All 1.8 versions of sudo (1.8.4, 1.8.4p1 and 1.8.4p2) since 1.8.3p2 have failed to build under Tru64 4.0f. All fail similarly. See attachment output.txt which contains the output from configure and make of version 1.8.4p2. Version 1.8.3p3 and before all compiled OK.
